ARPA Network – Logical Map – 1973 Poster
A look back in time when the Internet was a far simpler place with only a few dozen computers connected to each other from across the world.
Colors Available: Various
Description
For all those computer nerds out there (like us!) check out this recreation of one of the original drawings of what would become the Internet! This logical map shows all the original computers that encompassed the ARPANET (U.S. Advanced Research Projects Agency Network) such as the computers at MIT and Harvard as of May 1973.
The Internet looks much much different today, of course, with nearly everyone in the world owning a computer far more powerful than the ones depicted here, but it’s still a pretty cool flashback in time! There are two different designs to pick from – the antique aged look or a more contemporary design.
Each design is available in four different sizes – 12×16″, 16×20″, 18×24″ and 24×36″.
