All of our products are produced as Print-on-Demand (POD).
This means that the product you order doesn’t actually exist up until the point you order it. Whenever you make an order on any of the marketplaces where we sell our products (e.g. Amazon, Etsy, Redbubble, TeePublic, Thortful) we get to physically printing that product, meaning you get a brand new product quite literally printed just for you!
But why?
Print-on-Demand is an increasingly popular method since it reduces the need to mass-print designs. Such mass production more often than not leads to excess waste (unwanted and unused products). Since our designs and products are made-to-order, there is no waste whatsoever, meaning it’s a very green method of printing our products and getting them to you.
Print-on-Demand does mean that orders can often take a day or two more to get to you, but we think that’s a pretty small price to pay when it comes to doing a small thing to help the environment.
