Yes, really, we are! We’ve only been selling from this website – NerdShizzle.com – since 2026 so you probably haven’t heard of us, but we’ve been selling on platforms like Etsy for a number of years now, and we’ve received hundreds of great reviews from happy customers! Items ordered from this site ship FREE to the UK – yes, free! (We currently only ship to the UK for orders on this site)

You can visit our NerdShizzle Etsy store here where you can order most of our products regardless of where you call home. That’s because on our Etsy store we use different fulfillment centres across the world. For example we use United States fulfillment centers for U.S. orders as well as fulfillment centres in the E.U. for Europe. That means if you live in, for example, the United States, your order will be printed and shipped from the United States. No long haul international deliveries or unpredictable custom fees!

Alternatively you can also find some of our items – mostly t-shirts – on platforms like Amazon, Redbubble, Teepublic, Threadless and Dashery, which ship internationally as well.

Because we are a made-to-order retailer (making products ‘on demand’ instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!) we first need to fulfil (i.e print) your item. Typically fulfilling an order takes 2-5 business days depending on how busy we are, and delivery takes an average of 1-3 business days.

Once you’ve made an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it within a few minutes. We’ll send another email to you within 48 hours with an estimated delivery date. Our average total turnaround time between making an order and final delivery is 4-8 business days. If you don’t see an email from us, check your spam folder.

Our fulfilment warehouse operates on a strictly ‘first come first serve‘ basis to make it fair for everyone. While we appreciate that some many need items faster, we currently cannot offer any expedited fulfilment or shipping service.

Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll provide a tracking number for you so you can track it right to your doorstep!

If your item is received damaged or incorrect, or has any notable quality issue, contact us within 30 days and we can process a refund or send a replacement for you. (Note: we may first request a photo of the item). We can also do a refund or replacement if your item goes missing in transit.

If your item is undamaged and correct, but still want a refund, you’ll need to contact us within 14 days of delivery to return your item. Please be aware we don’t accept returns for personalized or custom items.

Like most commerce websites, all payment data entered into this site is securely encrypted and sent to our payment processor, which is Stripe. We do not store payment or financial details of any of our customers.

If you notice that your payment details automatically pop-up in checkout or after you click the Google/Apple pay button, this is because your card details are saved on your device or browser.

We’re still a pretty small outfit right now, so we are not VAT registered. Consequently, we can’t produce VAT invoices. If you’re purchasing on behalf of a business, please bear that in mind.
