Campfire Tales of Mixtapes T-Shirt

Part of our “campfire tales” series, this design is an homage to the days of recording songs from the radio onto an analogue audio cassette tape, creating our own mixes and jams as we worked to start the recording on the first beat and stop the recording before the DJ started to speak over it. It was, as many will attest, an artform to get it just right. And while recording music from the radio (as well as burning it from CDs) may now be a distant memory of the past – a relic of a time long ago – celebrate those times with this design that explains the processes to an unaware youth. Recall those time with your finger hanging tentatively over the Record button of your radio cassette player.
